Head of YOGA

Born & bred in Serfaus (Tyrol)

Spirituality has always been part of my life, as my grandfather was a Reiki practitioner, and my mother laid tarot cards and gave me crystals as flowers. From the beginning, I grew into the world of spirituality very organically. At the age of 11, I attended my first yoga course for kids and was fascinated. Back then, Yoga already helped me stay balanced. At age 13, I had the opportunity to assist in yoga classes for toddlers, and I knew: This will be my path. Throughout the years, I've learned to follow my intuition more and more. After finishing high school, I decided to follow my heart and become a yoga teacher. I confidently embarked on the path of healing arts, holistic therapy, mental practice, and yoga. Yoga is more than just Asana to me. In a world of polarities, yoga allows one to mend balance in those areas where it is most needed. It is a deep journey guided by movement, focus, and breath facilitating deep connection with the spiritual realms whilst remaining grounded. In 2016, at the age of 19, I did my YTT in Bali (Bhakti, Hatha, Vinyasa). It was a life-changing experience. One of the best decisions I ever made. For the first time in my life, I felt a deep connection and a sense of coming home - even though I was more than 11.000km away from home. I knew this was my path and the doors opened. Two years later, I did my Yin, Swara, and Nidra teacher training in Koh Pangan, Thailand. I love slow practices that also elaborate through the subconscious mind. I combine Yoga Nidra & hypnotherapeutic qualities for savasana, as well as chanting, and sound baths as catalysts for deep transformative experiences. I dove deep into the teachings of different ancient yoga styles, which I can now adapt in each class according to the physical and emotional requirements of the group. I channel my offerings, words, and messages for the sake of my student's needs at that specific moment - making each class unique and different. So you're able to connect with yourself, accept, let go, plant seeds, and transform your yoga practice into virtue.
